【摘要】目的:探讨在无痛胃镜下放置金属钛夹治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的应用价值。方法:对32例上消化道不同部位出血的患者放置金属钛夹止血。结果:32例患者止血成功,无不良反应及并发症。结论:在患者能耐受无痛胃镜的情况下施行无痛胃镜,使患者在安静无意识状态下,接受放置钛夹操作,减轻了在止血过程中给患者带来的不适,同时也提高了术者操作的准确性,使止血效果更显著。
